About the Hotel

Shops in the village specialise in stylish beachwear, ceramics and art, cashmere garments and oriental carpets. Jewellery items in gold and diamond are also popular acquisitions. Grand Bay is the leaving point for many excursions by boat. Highly recommended is a day sailing on a giant catamaran to islands off the north coast, where snorkelling and diving can reveal many rare species. Special trips either by coach or private car can be arranged to the island’s popular attractions.
