Romantic OfferingCouples will enjoy the Monte Rosa Relaxing Time Package. Enjoy two nights, sumptuous buffet breakfast, and one gourmet dinner per stay. Prices start at E539 per double room.
Alternatively, golf-enthusiasts should choose the Monte Rosa Birdie Package, which includes two nights, one green fee for 2x9 holes on the nearby Randa golf course, and transfers to the course. This package also includes buffet breakfast and one gourmet dinner. Prices start at E322 per person.
The Monte Rosa Ski Satisfaction Package is for a week, and includes a ski pass for six days, seven nights accommodation, transfers and free entrance to the leisure facilities at sister hotel Mont Cervin. This package can be taken with breakfast or half board. Prices start at E1005 including breakfast, E1253 half board.
ROMANTIC FEATURES
Renowned head chef Albert Wysseier serves seasonal gourmet dinners and buffets at the hotel’s restaurant. Guests can relax with a cocktail or beverage in the Scottish ambience of the Montrose Bar. In summer, drinks and food can be enjoyed in the garden, accompanied by stunning views of the Matterhorn.
Alternatively, guests can experience the best of Swiss hospitality in the rest of the hotel’s relaxation areas - including the Salon Bleu with a billiard table, the Pine Lounge, and the Whymper Salon.
Guests staying at the Monte Rosa can use the renovated swimming area, wellness and spa facilities at its nearby sister hotel, the Mont Cervin, approximately 120m from the hotel.

About the Hotel
In 1839 the tiny Laubersche Herberge opened in Zermatt, offering travellers respectable accommodation in its three rooms. In 1855 Alexander Seiler expanded the inn into the Monte Rosa, and since then the hotel has provided the picturesque town with some of its most elegant and luxurious accommodation.
The traditional Swiss design of the bedrooms and public areas enhance the cosy, romantic atmosphere. In winter, when the surrounding mountains are cloaked in a blanket of pristine snow, you can relax after a day’s skiing by the open fireplace in the Salon Bleu. During the summer, stunning views of the flower-clad hillsides can be enjoyed from the terrace and garden. Whatever the season, Zermatt has it all, and the Monte Rosa is the ideal place to experience its unique Swiss charms.
