Head chef Christophe Leroy presides over the hotel’s two restaurants: La Boutique de la Table du Marché and Table Oriental, serving his world-famous critically acclaimed international and Moroccan dishes.
During the day, La Boutique de la Table du Marché also serves coffee and delicious pastries. Light lunches and dinners are served in the stylish surroundings of the Premium Bar – the perfect place for a relaxed evening drink.

The Hivernage boasts a conference room for up to 120 people and one breakout room that can accomodate up to 15 people.

Don’t miss Djemaa el Fnaa. This lively square is teeming with entertainers: acrobats, drummers, dancers and musicians, and is a good place to get a feel of the city. Food stalls, cafes and restaurants all offer local delicacies, while those after an upmarket dining experience will not be disappointed.
Surrounded by ancient historical ramparts, Marrakech offers an insight into a bygone age, and visitors should spend a few days walking around the city and admiring the architecture.
Shopping is recommended here, with many souks offering antiques, leather, carpets, handicrafts – not to mention the finest cloths, including cashmere, cotton and silk in a stunning array of colours.
