Hotel Pulitzer has recently opened its brand new high-tech health club and gymnasium, allowing you to work out overlooking the canals.
The hotel’s concierge can organise tickets to seasonal concerts, theatre excursions or even guided tours of the city itself. Other facilities include private dining, ten function rooms, with capacity for up to 250 people, Pulitzer Art Gallery, concierge service, lounge bar, courtyard gardens and cycle hire.

All the 230 deluxe guest rooms differ in shape and size, boast bathrooms with hand-painted Dutch tiles and are elegantly furnished to reflect the character and history of the hotel. They feature delightful and varied views of the gardens, courtyards and canals.

Pulitzer’s café, bar and restaurant offers a superb menu of French and nouvelle cuisine. However, for those who prefer to dine out, the hotel’s concierge service will be happy to source a suitable venue, as well as arrange transport to and from the restaurant.

The business centre is open to guests on a 24-hour basis. In-room business facilities include a work desk, international direct-dial telephone and easy access to the Internet.

One of the most famous attractions in Amsterdam is the Van Gogh Museum, which houses many of his famous pictures and is only a 20-minute walk from the Hotel Pulitzer. Tours with a guide are available for groups. Art enthusiasts will also enjoy a visit to the Rijksmuseum, which boasts paintings, sculptures, Asian art as well as local artefacts. The centrepiece of the collection is the renowned paintings from Holland’s Golden Age featuring works by Vermeer, Frans Hals, Jan Steen and Rembrandt. Situated almost next to the hotel, this is the hiding place where Anne Frank wrote her famous diary during the Second World War.
