Pinehurst is located in the heartland of North Carolina and is surrounded by several historical sites and regional attractions. Within walking distance of the main hotel is the quaint village of Pinehurst, with a New England-style layout that boasts wonderful shopping, historic tours and restaurants.
Make the short drive to North Carolina’s famed furniture galleries or to Sandhills Horticultural Gardens, just a 15-minute drive. Asheboro Zoo, the most acclaimed in the state, can be reached in 30 minutes.
Shuttle services are available from Pinehurst’s transportation department to a variety of attractions, at a cost.
