- The Mandarin Grill & Bar - the fresh refurbishment has been overseen by Sir Terence Conran who has combined contemporary designs with a traditional edge. The restaurant offers great views of Statue Square and Chater Garden and in addition it has a Crustacea bar serving oysters and sashimi.
