The hotel also offers snorkelling trips on its motor launch to a deserted bay, the use of Sunfish and Laser sailboats as well as Prindle Catamarans.

Accommodations include 55 guest rooms and suites, some with outdoor jacuzzis, all boasting breathtaking vistas of the Caribbean.  Each room and suite is very spacious and beautifully appointed with the finest luxuries such as Italian marble bathrooms and stunning sea views.  Spread throughout the property - in the main house, on the beach, on the bluff and in the gardens - they all feature a terrace or balcony, decorated with rich, dark walnut, rattan furnishings and colourful Haitian artwork. 

Malliouhana’s highly revered restaurant, Michel Rostang at Malliouhana, boasts a magnificent sweeping view of the Caribbean sea. The recipient of many international awards, the restaurant is under the guidance of Parisian Michelin two-star chef, Michel Rostang. The ingenious creativity of head chef Alain Laurent infuses classic Mediterranean cuisine with local Caribbean flavour. Malliouhana is home to the Caribbean’s largest wine cellar, over 25,000 bottles, carefully chosen to complement the menus. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Elsewhere you'll find Le Bistro, a casual pool and beach side restaurant on Meads Bay serving meals all afternoon and the Sunset Bar which offers the best spot on the island to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets with a well deserved drink. 

Set apart from the main house in a beach front location, Malliouhana's conference facilities offer air conditioned seclusion for small meetings or incentive groups. Located above Le Bistro restaurant, the facilities can be divided into separate meeting areas if required and can accommodate up to 160 people. Audio visual equipment and ADSL Internet connection are also available. An open-air balcony overlooking Meads Bay offers an ideal setting for refreshment breaks. 
Lastly Le Bistro Restaurant and Bar provides a convivial setting for an array of post meeting activities ranging from classic Caribbean and French barbecues, to poolside or discotheque style dancing. Elegant wine tastings can also be arranged from our award winning wine cellar.

One of the best ways to see Anguilla’s natural and historical attractions is to take a guided walk. The local art galleries showcase works by the Caribbean and Anguillan communities. Day trips onboard glass-bottom boats and sailing charters can be arranged for those guests wanting to explore the surrounding sea life and coral islands without getting wet. Anguilla boasts 33 beaches, and plenty of water sports such as water-skiing, scuba diving, snorkelling and parasailing. Other sports include tennis, fishing and horseback riding.
