DINING |
- The Signature Restaurant - this restaurant has a mind-blowing setting carved into the cliffs overlooking the sea. The menu is exquisite and carefully thought out with a Mediterranean influence using local produce and flavours.
An extensive wine list and tequila menu have been chosen to accompany the dishes.
- Close by is El Bar - with a wide selection of hors d’oeuvres and light snacks. When the sun has set there is entertainment, tequila and a cigar menu.
- The Palapa Grill – is to be found at the club, with its al fresco dining, show kitchen and swim up bar – it serves lunch and dinner.
- Tapas - serves light meals and hors d’oeuvres and a selection of tapas from different areas of Mexico, all in a casual outdoor environment.
- Tequila Tasting – weekly tequila tasting classes are held for guests to learn to differentiate between the over 100 varieties of tequilas in the hotel’s bars.
