About Metropole Hotel

Inaugurated in 1895, Metropole Hotel is ideally located in the historical centre of Brussels just a few steps from Grand Place, the Bourse and the city’s most  exciting shopping thoroughfare. Today, this 19th Century hotel features the grandest hotel interior in Brussels, including a stunning French Renaissance-style entrance, Empire-influenced reception hall replete with gold stained-glass windows and a sumptuous lobby glittering with chandeliers. In April 2002 the Council of Monuments and Sites of Region of Brussels-Capital granted protection to the hotel’s façade as well as the ground floor.
