There are ten different restaurants and bars at the hotel. The Normandie is one of Asia’s best French restaurants, favoured for its splendid cuisine and impeccable service. The Normandie has a business menu with a choice of three courses from an a la carte menu. Ciao serves Italian dishes under the stars on the marble riverside terrace beside the tropical gardens.
